We have found that Fire Surge is borderline OP right now. You can deal out as much as 49 (which was the highest we dealt on a boss) so you can get nearly every kill that you try! It is pretty crazy at just how efficient Fire Surge can be. We were hitting 49 consonantly and we have heard that some folks are causing even more damage with Fire Surge!
Fire Surge as of right now is certainly one of the best ways to take down monsters in Runescape. There are some rumblings that this could be nerfed in a future updated, but for now, this is a great way to dish out some major OP damage, not only that it looks cool and is fun to use.
