Is Jagex Too Slow At Sending Out Prizes?
Ok so a bit of a weird thing to talk about today we know, but in addition to being the best place to buy Runescape Gold and to buy Old School Runescape Gold we are also huge fans of Runescape ourselves. We have even entered a few of the competitions that Jagex have had running over the years. The most recent one, The King Of Skill is a ton of fun and the prices are awesome including a PC.
Competitions are funny things in that they are supposed to be fun, but many people can take them the wrong way. This is the case with what we are talking about today. A post on the Runescape Reddit made the joke that whoever wins the King Of Skill can expect to receive their prize in 2019. It seems like this was a joking kind of post, but many other people started posting about how Jagex are notoriously slow or in some cases straight up forget to send out prizes!
Now to be fair to Jagex, when you run a competition and have a lot of prizes to dish out. It must be a nightmare, especially if you have to get details from contest winners, check addresses and so on. There is a lot more to running a competition than people realize. While it must suck to win a contest, be very excited and then have to wait a year for your prize. We do feel that Jagex will hopefully have it all together and be able to make sure the winner of the King Of Skill contest gets their prize in a timely fashion.
As this contents is happening in November, we feel it would be really cool if they could make sure everyone got their prizes before Christmas. Let us know in the comments section if you have ever won a prize or know someone who has and what their experience was like.
