Is Playing Legacy Mode In Runescape Worth It?

Some hardcore Runescape players will tell you that Legacy is just a waste of time, PVP is where it is at and only chumps will play Legacy. We think that is a bit harsh, but we do imagine that those who have played Legacy will have a rather tough time taking down some of the higher tier bosses as they will just not be well equipped enough to take them on.
Legacy might be fun for a little while and even give those of you who played Old School Runescape a shot of nostalgia. But we do feel that the changes that have been made to Runescape 3 are for the better and while a day or a week of Legacy can be fun. If you want to get really serious about Runescape, we would suggest that you do not spend too much time with it.
There is still a fair few players who are playing Legacy Mode so it clearly has a place in the world of Runescape. But most of the people we know, who are buying a lot of OSRS Gold do not really mess with Legacy Mode.
